Cauliflower  "White Diamond" Pru 140 and 160 are the late varieties in the range. With a crop time of 140 and 160 days with a 11-13 hour day period the present a high value crop and can stand large temperature variations. When the day length expands the Pru 140 builds a good curd in 90-100 days. The Pru 160 takes approximately 20 days more but has a more dense curd.

The harvesting window long enough, and can enlarge as during the Fall. These varieties are used for fresh market use in the late harvesting periods. Pru 140 is also suitable for Fall cultures in Northern Europe and Canada. These varieties are suitable for planting distances up to 30.000 / ha.
