The Cauliflower F1 - PRU series is Prudac's series of traditional cauliflowers:

  • Cauliflower F1 - PRU 060 is one of the fastest varieties in Prudac's traditional cauliflower series. It has got a crop time of 60 days respectively with a 11-13 hour day length period. Longer day length periods frustrate the curd development of the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 060. The variety does well around the equator.

 

  • Cauliflower F1 - PRU 080 is one of the fastest varieties in Prudac's traditional cauliflower series. It has got a crop time of 80 days with a 11-13 hour day length period. Longer day length periods shorten the crop time of the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 080. The variety does well around the equator. The Cauliflower F1 - PRU 080's compact leaves makes it an ideal cauliflower for high density planting: up to 75000 plants per ha. 

 

  • Cauliflower F1 - PRU 100 is one of the standard varieties in Prudac's traditional cauliflower series. It has got a crop time of 100 days with a 11-13 hour day length period. With a higher day length period, the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 100 builds a good curd in 60 to 70 days. The F1 hybrid uniformity of the variety allows for the optimal use of land.

 

  • Cauliflower F1 - PRU 120 is one of the standard varieties in Prudac's traditional cauliflower series. TIt has got a crop time of 120 days with a 11-13 hour day length period. The Cauliflower F1 - PRU 120 can be harvested around 20 days after the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 100, but has a higher curd weight and better cover. The F1 hybrid uniformity of the variety allows for the optimal use of land. Unique for the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 120 is the reliable crop time. High temperatures have almost no influence. 

 

  • Cauliflower F1 - PRU 140 is one of the slowest varieties in Prudac's traditional cauliflower series. It has got a crop time of 140 days with a 11-13 hour day length period. Longer day length periods allow the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 140 to build a good curd in 90-100 days. The variety can stand large temperature variations, which allows it to grow well into Fall. Therefore they are used for fresh market use in the late harvesting period. The planting distance is up to 30.000 plants per ha. 

 

  • Cauliflower F1 - PRU 160 is one of the slowest varieties in Prudac's traditional cauliflower series. It has got a crop time of 160 days with a 11-13 hour day length period. The Cauliflower F1 - PRU 160 takes approximately 20 days more than the Cauliflower F1 - PRU 140, but builds a heavier curd. The variety can stand large temperature variations, which allows it to grow well into Fall. Therefore they are used for fresh market use in the late harvesting period. The planting distance is up to 30.000 plants per ha.
